To be considered a part of Sydney and Jake’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Sydney and Jake’s have secured contracted group rates and they will incur penalties for any guest that books outside of this room block. Please consider as well that individual reservations booked outside the room block, may have to purchase a wedding guest pass to any attend event(s) at Iberostar.

1. Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.

2. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify the length of your stay or upgrade your room to any category of the hotel please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.

3. Iberostar, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes, they are upon request only. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.

4. Some rooms with a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony may be categorized as ocean view rooms.

5. March 5th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

6. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

7. Child occupancy rate is applied only when two or more adults are occupying a room.

8. Maximum 2 free children per room ages 0 - 2.

9. Child prices are based on age at time of check-in.
