To be considered a part of Tara and Sean’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Tara and Sean and they will incur penalties for those that book outside of this room block.

  1. Le Blanc Spa Resort does not guarantee bed types or triple occupancy availability. Double Beds are extremely limited and available only by approved request.

  2. Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.

  3. Le Blanc is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.

  4. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your to any room please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.

  6. February 9th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

  7. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT

TRANSPORTATION

You will fly into Los Cabos International Airport (SJD)

If you are staying for more than four nights your roundtrip transportation is included in your reservation with Le Blanc Los Cabos. Please book your transportation at least two weeks prior to your arrival date, to be able to confirm the service. Click HERE to reserve your transfer.

For stays of three nights, we have secured group transfer rates from the Los Cabos airport with Transcabo; you can book your service below.

All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company, either Transcabo or directly with Le Blanc Los Cabos. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE

A non-refundable payment of $300 is all you need to reserve your room right now.

  • January 10th, 2026 $300 deposit due to reserve a room.

  • February 25th, 2026 Remaining balance is due.

Making Multiple Payments:

After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’, and scroll down to invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

Zero Credit Card Fees.

  • You will fly to the Los Cabos International Airport (SJD).

  • Ground Transportation and Excursions can be booked with following link, for stays of three nights.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

  • FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.

  • Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.

  • This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

cANCELLATION POLICY


PLEASE READ

  • If you cancel your reservation before December 12th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

  • Between December 12th, 2025 and January 20th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 20%

  • Between January 20th, 2026 and February 20th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 40%

  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after March 20th, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total. 

    A 3 night minimum is required.

    If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.

    Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

    Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos.

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT

Resorts outside of the U.S. are not required to be in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
