Terms and Conditions for Tara and Sean’s Wedding at LeBlanc Cabo
Terms, Conditions, Payments and Cancellation Policy:
If you are making a booking as a group/family, the travel leader of the group/family is responsible for sharing these Terms and Conditions with all members of the group/family for whom they are making a booking and is financially responsible for the booking. Bohemia Wedding Travel will not be liable for a travel leader’s failure to share these Terms and Conditions with all travelers in their group. Typing your name above is accepted as your digital signature to the following:
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of the Hotel and has no control over refund policies and other rules mandated by the Hotel.
The resort will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
What CAN you do with your reservation before March 9, 2026?
Change your room category if the new requested room is available.
Add extra nights, if additional nights are available. Please note, adding room nights before April 9, 2026 or after April 13, 2026 are subject to availability.
Delete nights, as long as your booking maintains the 3 night minimum required.
Add an additional guest to your room or make a name change. Please note, changing your room occupancy will change the rate and your remaining balance.
Requested changes within 30 days of arrival will be subject to approval by resort management and not guaranteed. Additionally, the resort will not allow modifications/changes to your room booking within 3 days of arrival.
Room rates and availability for the lead-in category (Royale Deluxe) are guaranteed until 75 days prior to arrival. After 75 days prior to arrival, room rates and availability for the Royale Deluxe room are subject change.
Room rates outside of the lead-in category (Royale Deluxe) are not guaranteed until the time of booking.
Bed Types are "On Request" and not guaranteed for the following room categories: Royale Deluxe, Royale Deluxe Partial Ocean View and Royale Walk-Out Suite.
You may choose the payment option to pay in full for a 5% discount, but note this discounted rate makes your booking 100% non-refundable should you cancel at any time.
If you cancel your reservation before April 5, 2026, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. You must notify Bohemia Wedding Travel to cancel.
If you cancel your reservation on or after April 5, 2026, you will be charged 1 room night on your booking. You must notify Bohemia Wedding Travel to cancel.
If you cancel your reservation on or after the day of your scheduled arrival, you will be marked as a 'no show' and charged 100% of your reservation with no chance of refund.
Reservation Payment Dates:
By signing below, I acknowledge that the final payment is due no later than March 9, 2026. Also, I understand that the resort reserves the right to cancel my reservation if payments are not made by this date.
Scope and Agency:
Bohemia Wedding Travel (BWT) does not provide, own, manage, operate, supervise or control the travel services and products that are or may be provided as part of your trip, such as flights, accommodations, rental cars, packages, or travel insurance (the “Travel Products”). All Travel Products are owned, controlled, operated, or made available by vetted, independent third parties such as destination management companies, airlines, hotels, and tour operators (the “Suppliers”).
The Suppliers are solely responsible for the Travel Products as well as any and all benefits, perks, or amenities, including without limitation, resort credits, on-board credits, free specialty dining, spa credits, in-room amenities, etc. The Supplier’s terms, conditions and privacy policies apply to your booking so you must agree to and understand those terms.
Your interaction with any Supplier is at your own risk; BWT does not bear any responsibility should anything go wrong with your booking or during your travel. Hence, as the traveler, you agree that BWT acts only as agent for the traveler in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing and other Travel Products, privileges or services for the travelers’ benefit, and on the express condition that BWT shall not be responsible for any act, omission, negligence, bankruptcy, insolvency or default of any Supplier, company or person engaged in or responsible for any Travel Products, or otherwise in connection therewith.
Please review all documents, including the cancellation policies and terms and conditions of the Suppliers, carefully and promptly as we will not be responsible for any errors. It is your responsibility to review all travel documentation and alert us within twenty-four (24) hours of any corrections.
Payment Methods and Chargebacks:
All payments will be processed through The Palace Resorts Company secure online platform, and can be made via debit cards and major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your authorization is a legally binding agreement for Bohemia Wedding Travel and/or The Palace Resorts Company to process payment and an acknowledgement and agreement to these Terms and Conditions including the cancellation terms.
Bohemia Wedding Travel has the right to dispute any chargeback that is improper and recover any costs, including attorney’s fees, related to improper chargebacks and to cancel any travel reservation related to that improper chargeback. The following chargeback scenarios are improper, and we retain the right to investigate and rebut the chargeback claims below, including without limitation:
Chargebacks resulting from non-cancellable reservations, whether or not the reservation is used.
Chargebacks arising from inconsistency or inaccuracy with regard to the Supplier’s (The Palace Resort Company aka LeBlanc) product description.
Chargebacks resulting from charges authorized by family, friends, associates or other third parties with directaccess to your credit card (this does not include credit card fraud).
Chargebacks resulting from force majeure or other circumstances that are beyond the control of Bohemia Wedding Travel or the Supplier (The Palace Resort Company aka LeBlanc).
Chargebacks resulting because you were not provided with an itemized breakdown of costs in connection with your trip.
Chargebacks resulting because you do not agree with the cancellation policy.
Subject to the foregoing, you understand that all chargeback fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Additionally, you agree not to make any improper chargebacks. In certain cases, you can dispute charges with credit cards and other payment facilitation companies. Before initiating a chargeback, the traveler must send an email to hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com concerning any questions or concerns about our charges. We will work with you in attempting to resolve your concerns.
Travel Protection (Important: Please Read, Not Included in Room Rate):
Having travel insurance is important and recommended for everyone. Depending on the option you chose, it may cover trip cancellation and many other things like unexpected medical expenses, baggage and flight delays.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have been provided information and given the opportunity to purchase Travel Protection and understand that declining travel protection could result in the loss of my travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. I also acknowledge that without the protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in my price and is non-refundable.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not a licensed Insurance Agency and therefore cannot answer questions regarding any travel insurance policies. The option to add travel insurance is solely for your convenience. If you would like to check on Travel Protection for your trip please visit this website, http://www.travelinsured.com (copy and paste the link in your browser). You are welcome to purchase Travel Protection through any entity that you choose.
Travel Requirements and Restrictions:
I understand that due to any and all COVID-19 developments, changes to travel requirements & restrictions can occur at any time and are completely out of the control of Bohemia Wedding Travel.
Passport Required:
Also, I acknowledge that everyone staying within my reservation currently has a Passport that is valid for at least 6 months after the return date of my reservation or will obtain one before departure. I understand that everyone (including children) staying within my reservation and attending this event must have a valid Passport to enter and exit Mexico. I understand that every attendee needs a Passport to enter and exit the country.
