Ready To Reserve?
To be considered a part of Tiffany and Adam’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Tiffany and Adam have secured contracted group rates and they will incur penalties for any guest that books outside of this room block.
Individual reservations booked outside the room block, may have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).
Secrets Akumal Resort is strictly 18+. Based on age at time of check-in.
To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Secrets Akumal Resort as part of the wedding group.
If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay, or upgrade your room to any category in the hotel, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
Some rooms with a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony may be categorized as Ocean View rooms.
October 9th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or shift the dates reserved.

Making Multiple/Monthly Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘view invoice’. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.

You can fly to the Cancun International Airport (CUN) or the Tulum International Airport (TQO).

PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before July 15th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.
Between July 15th, 2026 and August 15th, 2026 any reduction or cancellation will incur a 20% penalty
Between August 15th, 2026 and September 15th, 2026 any reduction or cancellation will incur a 40% penalty.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers after September 15th, 2026, you are responsible for 100% of your room total
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Secrets Akumal will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Iberostar and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.

TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT TRANSFERS
You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN) or Tulum International Airport (TQO)
Ground transportation costs to Secrets Akumal and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
For Tiffany and Adam, we have secured group transfer and tour rates from the Cancun airport with Lomas Travel.
All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
Resorts in Mexico are not in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
Also, public areas at the venue are wheelchair accessible, but not always wheelchair friendly. If you need to rent a wheelchair, scooter, or oxygen tank you can do so through Playa Mobility. Click here to visit their website.
