Bohemia Wedding Travel, a destination wedding travel company, has been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accommodations for our wedding on Tuesday, December 7th, 2027.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!

To be included in Olivia and Brady’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). If you book outside of this group, Unico 20°87° will charge $302 per person per day per wedding event.

    1. If your preferred room type is sold out, if you would like to upgrade your room, arrive earlier, extend your stay, change your room type, or modify the length of your stay, please contact maricela@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing, availability, and assistance.

    2. October 4th, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

    3. Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed, but may be requested at check-in.

    4. Unico 20°87°, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only; on future booking page. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.

    5. Some Ocean View rooms may have a partial view of the ocean.

    6. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

    7. Unico 20°87° is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.

If you cancel your reservation before July 5th, 2027 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

CANCELLATION POLICY

BEFORE JULY 5, 2027

Any reductions or cancelled room nights will be charged at 60%.

AFTER SEPTEMBER 10, 2027

If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after September 10th, 2027 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total. 

* If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for a refund based on your insurance providers terms. Unico 20°87° will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason. Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Unico 20°87° and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Unico 20°87°.

TRANSPORTATION

You can fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN).

Ground transportation costs to Unico and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.

Ground Transportation can be booked via the link below. Ground transfers must be purchased at least 48 hours prior to travel.
