No-show policy: A no-show policy will apply, along with a charge of $25 USD per person, if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time for tours, parks and restaurants that require a reservation. For Xaak, Le Chique and Kibi Kibi restaurants, a penalty of 100% of the cost will apply.

All Fun Inclusive hours: Upon checking in, you may access and use facilities and services starting at 7:00h. Upon checking out, you may access and use facilities and services until 18:00h.

Transportation: This service is valid to and from the airport only if the flight date matches the check-in and check-out dates from the hotel. Reservations for hotel–airport transfers are scheduled approximately 4–5 hours before flight departure time — please be ready at the meeting point (main lobby) at least 15 minutes before the pickup time provided by our staff. “La Despeinada” is our transportation service between Xenses, Xcaret, Xplor and Xplor Fuego parks, available every 25 minutes departing from the lobby.

Access to parks and tours: Access to Grupo Xcaret's parks and tours is included in our All Fun Inclusive. However, for safety reasons, some activities and parks have age, weight, and height restrictions, and some limitations may also apply in case of disability or pregnancy — please inquire with our team if necessary. Xenotes and Catamaran activities are not suited for, nor can they be done if pregnant or with physical or mobility restrictions; guests who are pregnant or who have mobility limitations will not be permitted to board the Xenotes and Catamaran tours. The Xailing (Ferry/Catamarán) services are subject to weather conditions and operational capacity.

Dress code in restaurants: *It is only possible to book one dinner reservation per night. Admission is restricted when wearing just swimsuits or wet clothing. Casual – Ladies: cocktail dress, pants, skirt, blouse, sneakers, shoes, or sandals; Gentleman: pants, bermudas, shirts, sneakers, or closed shoes. Smart Casual – Ladies: dress, pants, skirt, blouse, shoes, or elegant sandals; Gentleman: dress pants, button shirts, polo shirts, closed shoes. Casual Elegant – Gentleman: long-sleeved or three-quarter-length shirt, long dress pants, and closed shoes; Ladies: pants, cocktail-style dress or skirt, and formal shoes. The use of shorts (bermudas), beachwear, sandals (for men), ripped pants, sportswear, and caps for women and men is not permitted.

The reservations requested in this document are related to your hotel reservation — modifications will be subject to availability and no-show charges if the term of cancellation is shorter than the established one.
