No-show policy: A $25 USD/person charge applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled tour, park, or restaurant reservation. Teatro del Río's no-show fee is $630 MXN. For HÁ and the Sunday Brunch, a 100% penalty applies.

Transportation: Airport transfers are only valid if the flight date matches your check-in/check-out dates. Reservations are scheduled ~4 hours before departure — please be ready 15 minutes before pick-up. For departure transfers, contact the Concierge team in the lobby at least 24 hours in advance.

Parks & tours: Some activities have age, weight, height, disability, or pregnancy restrictions — ask our team if needed. Xenotes requires a minimum age of 6.

Dress code: Beach Casual = no swimsuits/wet clothing only. Casual = pants/skirt/blouse/sneakers or closed shoes. Formal = dress pants, button shirts, closed shoes (ladies: dress/skirt/blouse, elegant shoes).
