We are so excited to be able to share our upcoming wedding with you at the beautiful Alila Mayakoba in the Riviera Maya, Mexico. Your presence during our wedding week means the world to us.
Bohemia Wedding Travel, a destination wedding travel company, has been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accommodations for our wedding on Saturday, April 17th, 2027.

February 17, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed, but may be requested at check-in.
Alila Mayakoba, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only; on future booking page. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
The resort offers the group rate for up to 3 nights before (April 12 - 14, 2027) and 3 nights after (April 18 - 21, 2027) the group dates, subject to availability. To book any of these extra nights, please contact evelina@bohemiaweddingtravel.com.
Rates are per room, per night and include all taxes and fees. Meals and drinks are not included in the room rates.
Guests aged 12 and over are considered adults.

THE RESORT
Alila Mayakoba is a sanctuary set within Mayakoba, a private nature reserve of lagoons, mangroves and Caribbean beach in the heart of the Riviera Maya, just minutes from Playa del Carmen’s 5th Avenue. Every room opens to the calm of the lagoon or the brilliance of the sea, with select accommodations offering a hidden plunge pool. Enjoy the beach and pools, the Alila Spa, the El Camaleón golf course and locally inspired cuisine. Please note: rates are room only, so meals and drinks at the resort’s restaurants and bars are paid directly at the resort.

HOW TO MAKE MULTIPLE PAYMENTS: After deposit, you'll receive an invoice by email. Click reply and scroll to find your invoice link. Make custom payment amounts at any time using any card. A credit card processing fee is added to each payment at checkout.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation before February 17th, 2027 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.

If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation on or after February 17, 2027 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.

* If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for a refund based on your insurance providers terms. Alila Mayakoba will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason. Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Alila Mayakoba and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Alila Mayakoba.
TRANSPORTATION
You can fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Ground transportation costs to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
Ground Transportation can be booked via the link below. Ground transfers must be purchased at least 48 hours prior to travel.
