Bohemia Wedding Travel, a destination wedding travel company, has been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accommodations for our wedding on Monday, July 12th, 2027.

To be included in Ashlyn and Jason’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Guests who book outside of the room block will have to purchase an event pass to attend the wedding events at Secrets Moxché.

      • If your preferred room type is sold out, if you would like to upgrade your room, arrive earlier, extend your stay, change your room type, or modify the length of your stay, please contact maricela@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing, availability, and assistance.

      • May 1, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

      • Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed, but may be requested at check-in.

      • Secrets Moxché, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed types; they are upon request only. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.

      • The Junior Suite Tropical View Double Beds is the only room category in the group that allows triple occupancy.

      • Some Ocean View rooms may have a partial view of the ocean.

      • Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

      • Secrets Moxché is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.

HOW TO MAKE MULTIPLE PAYMENTS: After deposit, you'll receive an invoice by email. Click reply and scroll to find your invoice link. Make custom payment amounts at any time using any card. Zero credit card fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your reservation before February 16th, 2027 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

BEFORE FEBRUARY 16, 2027

BETWEEN FEBRUARY 16, 2027 & APRIL 17, 2027

Any reductions or cancelled room nights will be charged at 40% of your room total.

If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after April 17, 2027 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total. 

AFTER APRIL 17, 2027

* If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for a refund based on your insurance providers terms. Secrets Moxché will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason. Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets Moxché and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Secrets Moxché.

You can fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN).

Ground transportation costs to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
