We are so excited to be able to share our upcoming wedding with you at the beautiful Villa del Palmar Cancun in Cancun, Mexico, with our ceremony taking place at the nearby Mora Venue. Your presence during our wedding week means the world to us.
Bohemia Wedding Travel, a destination wedding travel company, has been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accommodations for our wedding on Friday, January 15th, 2027.

To be included in Aubriana and Chase's Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). The couple will incur penalty fees for those that book outside the room block.

Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed, but may be requested at check-in.
Villa del Palmar Cancun, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types; they are upon request only. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
Some Ocean View rooms may have a partial view of the ocean.
Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation before September 28, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 27, 2026 & OCTOBER 27, 2026
Any reductions or cancelled room nights will be charged a 2 nights penalty per person based on the contracted occupancy and category.
AFTER OCTOBER 27, 2026
If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after October 28, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
* If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for a refund based on your insurance providers terms. Villa del Palmar Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason. Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Villa del Palmar Cancun and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Villa del Palmar Cancun.
TRANSPORTATION
You can fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Ground transportation costs to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
Ground Transportation can be booked via the link below. Ground transfers must be purchased at least 48 hours prior to travel.
