We are so excited to be able to share our upcoming celebration weekend with you at the beautiful Haven Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa in the Mexico. Your presence during our wedding week means the world to us.
Bohemia Wedding Travel, a destination wedding travel company, has been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate (during peak resort season, phew!) and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accomodation for the weekend of activities. Please note, the cocktail hour will be Thursday night, February 25th, and then we will be boating on Friday afternoon, February 26th, for the main "reception".

To be included in Bailey and Anthony’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). If you book outside of this group, Haven Riviera Cancun will charge $150 per person per day per wedding event.

December 15, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed, but may be requested at check-in.
Haven Riviera Cancun, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only; on future booking page. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
Some Ocean View rooms may have a partial view of the ocean.
Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take a few weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
Haven Riviera Cancun is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation before December 15th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

BETWEEN DECEMBER 15, 2026 & JANUARY 25, 2027
Any reductions or cancelled room nights will be charged at 50%.
AFTER JANUARY 25, 2027
If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after January 25, 2027 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.

Haven Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason. TRANSPORTATION
You can fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Ground transportation costs to Haven Riviera Cancun and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
