Bohemia Wedding Travel, a destination wedding travel company, has been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accommodations for our wedding on Saturday, October 30th, 2027.

To be included in Chelsea and Nathan’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Guests who book outside of the room block will have to purchase an event pass to attend the wedding events at Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya.

August 18, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed, but may be requested at check-in.
Secrets Akumal, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only; on future booking page. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
Some Ocean View rooms may have a partial view of the ocean.
Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take a few weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
Secrets Akumal is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation before June 5th, 2027 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

Any reductions or cancelled room nights will be charged at 40% of your original room total.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after August 4, 2027 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.

TRANSPORTATION
You will fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN) or the Tulum International Airport (TQO).
Ground transportation costs to Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
For Chelsea and Nathan we have secured group transfers with Lomas Travel, which can be booked via the link below. Ground transfers must be purchased at least 48 hours prior to travel.
