We are so excited to be able to share our upcoming wedding with you at the beautiful Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos. Your presence during our wedding week means the world to us.
Bohemia Wedding Travel, a destination wedding travel company, has been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accommodations for our wedding on Saturday, February 20th 2027.

To be included in Hailey and Reid’s wedding activities and to help them avoid penalties, all guests must book through this group room block. Reservations made through any other method, including directly with the hotel, will not count toward the wedding group.

September 16th, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed, but may be requested at check-in.
Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only; on future booking page. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
Some Ocean View rooms may have a partial view of the ocean.
Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take a few weeks. It is recommended that you accurately select your room category.
Rooms are currently held for November 18th - 22nd. Room rates are for November 15th - 25th subject to availability.
Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If your room is not paid in complete with a valid credit card 30 days prior to your arrival, it will automatically be cancelled.
Between 30 days prior to your arrival to 3 days prior to arrival any room-night cancelled will result in a penalty of $100 per night cancelled, based on category reserved. Please notify us at maricela@bohemiaweddingtravel.com if you need to cancel your room.
Any room-night cancelled within 3 days prior to arrival will result in a one night penalty based on the category reserved. Please notify us at maricela@bohemiaweddingtravel.com if you need to cancel your room.
Any room-night cancelled on arrival day will be charged in full and no refund will apply.
A 3 night minimum is required.
No changes to your reservation are allowed within 3 days of arrival.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.
Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

TRANSPORTATION
You will fly into Los Cabos International Airport (SJD)
If you are staying four or more nights your roundtrip transportation is included in your reservation with Le Blanc Los Cabos. Ground transfers must be booked at least two weeks prior to travel.
