Bohemia Wedding Travel, a destination wedding travel company, has been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accommodations for our wedding on Sunday, October 17th, 2027.

To be included in Kelly and Anderson's Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). The couple will incur penalty fees for those that book outside the room block.

February 4, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed, but may be requested at check-in.
Garza Blanca Preserve, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only; on future booking page. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
Some Ocean View rooms may have a partial view of the ocean.
Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation before March 23, 2027 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

Any reductions or cancelled room nights will be charged a 1 night penalty per person based on the contracted occupancy and category.
BETWEEN JUNE 22, 2027 & JULY 21, 2027
Any reductions or cancelled room nights will be charged a 2 nights penalty per person based on the contracted occupancy and category.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after July 21, 2027 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.

* If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for a refund based on your insurance providers terms. Garza Blanca Preserve will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason. Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Garza Blanca Preserve and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Garza Blanca Preserve.
TRANSPORTATION
You can fly into the Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR).
Ground transportation costs to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
Ground Transportation can be booked via the link below. Ground transfers must be purchased at least 48 hours prior to travel.
