To be included in Marykate and Neil's Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). The couple will incur penalty fees for those that book outside the room block.

Hyatt Ziva Cancun, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only; on future booking page. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
Some Ocean View rooms may have a partial view of the ocean.
Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation before November 11, 2027 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

Any room nights or guests cancelled will be charged at 50% of your room total.
If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after February 23, 2028 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.

Ground transportation costs to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
