Misti & Colin of Bohemia Wedding Travel, a local destination wedding travel company, have been helping us with all the booking details. They have worked to secure a group rate and will be helping all of our guests book their travel accommodations for our wedding on Saturday, May 9th, 2026.

To be considered a part of Stephanie and Rachael’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Stephanie and Rachael and they will incur penalties for those that book outside of this room block. Please note there are limited rooms in each category and they are on a “first come first serve” basis; to secure a room a $100 deposit is required.
Individual reservations booked outside the room block, may have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).
Secrets Moxché does not guarantee bed types or triple occupancy availability. Double Beds are extremely limited and available only by approved request.
Specific buildings or room numbers are not guaranteed but can be requested at time of check-in.
Secrets Moxché is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.

For most Resorts, Ocean View rooms generally mean “on ocean side of the Resort”, please consider your Ocean View room may only have a partial Ocean View from the patio/terrace.
March 6th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
Please note the “must be here dates” are May 7th - 10th, 2025 so you can join us for the “Welcome Party”
ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT
TRANSPORTATION
You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN)
Ground transportation costs to Secrets Moxché and back to the airport are not included with your reservation. You have the choice to select any ground transportation method you like.
For Stephanie and Rachael we have secured group transfer and tour rates from the Cancun airport with Lomas Travel.
All flight information or changes in schedule must be made with your chosen ground transportation company. Bohemia Wedding Travel does not have access to make any emergency changes or updates.

TRIP DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A non-refundable payment of $100 is all you need to reserve your room right now. Please note there are limited rooms in each category and the room block is “first come, first serve”
October 6th, 2025 $100 deposit due to reserve a room.
November 3rd, 2025 40% of remaining balance is due.
December 10th, 2025 Remaining balance is due.
Making Multiple Payments:
After you pay the deposit to reserve your room, you will receive an invoice to your email. Click ‘reply’, and scroll down to invoice link. On your invoice page you will be able to make custom payment amounts until the remaining balance due date with the same or different credit cards. Each time you make a custom payment, it will auto-deduct from your remaining balance.
Zero Credit Card Fees.
Select flight times and purchase flights on your own terms.
You will fly to the Cancun International Airport (CUN).

cANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ
If you cancel your reservation before December 10th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after December 10th, 2025 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
A 3 night minimum is required.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.
Secrets Moxché will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets Moxché and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Secrets Moxché.
TRAVEL PROTECTION
FYI, not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred and the price of Travel Protection IS NOT included in the price of the room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.
Having travel protection is important and recommended for everyone. The option to purchase travel insurance is solely up to you and you may purchase it through any insurance company you would like.
This website (Travel Insured) offers a very comprehensive policy called the “Worldwide Trip Protector” plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), and other add-on options.

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
Resorts outside of the U.S. are not required to be in compliance with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The venue has a limited number of accessible guest rooms that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can request an accessible room for you but it’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
