To lock in your date, Le Blanc needs your preferred date, venue, wedding package, and approximate guest count, along with your full name, address, and phone number. You'll receive their wedding terms and what-to-expect documents, pay a $250 fee to hold your date and venue, and your dedicated wedding planner starts working with you within 1–2 weeks of booking.
A forgiving room block. Your $200-per-room deposit (minimum 10 rooms) is fully refundable 75 days prior to check-in, and any unreserved rooms in your block are automatically released 75 days before your group's check-in date without penalty. You just need to keep every guest booked for a minimum of 3 nights and maintain at least 10 rooms in the block. Guests can also cancel their individual rooms up to 3 days before arrival at no penalty, which takes a lot of pressure off your group.
Also, the resort will hold all entry-level rooms for your group. When your guests go to book, they can decide if they would like to upgrade their room and see the rates offered for those as well.
Included airport transfers. Any guest staying 4 nights or longer, which is the average length of stay for a destination wedding guest anyway, receives complimentary airport transfers.

Complimentary Collection – Free when booking a minimum of 10 rooms for 3 nights, along with a signed group room contract and wedding contract. This is your starting point and the most flexible of the three, including a fabric-covered wooden arch, a wooden ceremony table, 2 tall gold pedestal stands and 2 small gold pedestal stands with seasonal floral arrangements, and 20 chairs. Since it's essentially undecorated infrastructure, this is the collection most couples choose to fully customize themselves.
Boho Bliss – A styled, pre-designed collection built around modern boho design: a triangular ceremony structure with seasonal florals, wishbone chairs, palm-frond lanterns, boho-patterned cushions, clay vases filled with cactus and agave, and rustic baskets of pampas grass. A great fit for couples who love an earthy, textural look that still feels polished.
Tropical Blanc – A more editorial, ultra-polished styled collection featuring cross-back chairs, huerta-style lanterns, and gold leaf floral arrangements, designed with photography in mind.
Wind Rooftop Terrace Venue

If your reception is outdoors, it needs to wrap by 10:00 pm, but that doesn't mean the night has to end there. At 10 pm, your DJ can make the announcement that the party is moving into the ballroom, where you can keep dancing until 2:00 am. Room Block Details
All entry-level rooms are held for your group first, and guests can choose to upgrade once they see pricing.
Rooms are held for your 3 peak wedding nights, and guests can arrive up to 3 days before or stay up to 3 days after that window, locking in rates for up to 9 total days.
A $200 per-room deposit secures the block (minimum 10 rooms), fully refundable 30 days prior to check-in, non-refundable only if the wedding itself is cancelled.
Unreserved rooms auto-drop 75 days before your group's check-in date, with no penalty.
Groups can grow their block by up to 20% at the same flexible group rate if requested at least 120 days before arrival, subject to availability. Rooms added beyond that 20% are booked at the current rate at time of reservation.
